Oct. 5, 7 & 12, 14 – Elise’s Mixed Levels classes are cancelled. Elise returns to the studio, Sunday October 17th.

Sept. 30 – Therapeutic Yoga with Katy resumes, Wednesdays 4:30-5:30PM.
