Derek Udy is a certified breath coach, massage therapist and bodyworker. He graduated from the Utah college of massage therapy in June of 1999 and recently received his certification in guiding and teaching breathwork.
He has been developing his own breath practice for the last 4 years and is truly passionate about breathwork. He is committed to teaching people, everywhere, how to live better, healthier lives through the development of their own daily breathwork practices.
