Transformational Breathwork meditation is breath-centered guided meditation. Practitioners learn to quiet the mind and find stillness with straightforward breathing techniques inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, the venerable Zen Buddhist monk, and other Buddhist teachers.
The 1st Friday of each month will be a guided Ho’oponopono meditation, a Hawaiian spiritual practice of reconciliation, forgiveness, and healing.
Practitioners will be sitting for the entire time. They are welcome to use chairs and any props to aid them in the practice.
