Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that supports deep healing and relaxation. With the use of bolsters, blankets, and other props, the body is fully supported in restful poses, each held for 5 to 10 minutes. In Restorative Yoga students hold poses longer. It is less intense than Yin Yoga.
This calming practice helps reset the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore balance. Gentle pranayama (breathwork) and moments of stillness guide you inward, offering space for recovery, inner peace, and quiet renewal.
