
Music can be a powerful salve for the human soul. It can soothe, inspire, energize us, lift up our IQ and support mental health. Come join us in a calm and joyful musical space. You may choose to dance, be still, do some yoga poses, journal and more. The experience is yours! The instructor will provide music and a little bit of structure. This class is intended to allow participants a place to just be, away from the doings of the world; a place to allow music to heal any parts of us that need healing and uplift any parts of us that need uplifting. Please bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a journal if that strikes your fancy.
